While I tried to attempt cash withdrawal, ATM retained my card. What should I do?

Sometimes there can be issues in ATM Systems. Unfortunately, you can not take back your card as it's been destroyed by Acquirer Bank. So, you have to Close your card and ask replacement via Jeton Card App.

🛑 How to Terminate and Reorder Your Card

To terminate your card, go to the Jeton Cards section and select Card Settings. Then, click the "Terminate Card" button.

If you wish to order a new card after termination, simply click the "Add Card" button to start a new order.
