Troubleshooting Jeton Card Balance Issues
If you're having trouble using your Jeton Card, please follow these steps:

Check your deposit:
Make sure the deposit you made has been successfully credited to your account. You can view this in your Transactions and Accounts menu. -
Verify spending permissions:
Ensure that the account with the available balance is enabled for Jeton Card spending.
To do this:-
Go to the Cards menu

Select your card

Click on "Spend From" and choose the accounts you'd like to use for card transactions

Once these steps are completed, your card should work without issues.
