My card is lost or stolen. What should I do?

You must close your card via the Jeton Card page immediately and check your transaction history for any fraudulent transactions. 

How to Terminate and Reorder Your Card

To terminate your card, go to the Jeton Cards section and select Card Settings. Then, click the "Terminate Card" button.

If you wish to order a new card after termination, simply click the "Add Card" button to start a new order.
