What is my User ID ?

User ID is your unique user number required to access your Jeton Account. 

How can I find my User ID?

• On Web:
  Click on your name in the top-right corner of the screen and select “Manage Account.”
  You’ll see your Customer ID displayed under your name.

• On Mobile:
  Tap the initials icon in the top-left corner.
  Your Customer ID will appear right below your name in the pop-up window.
