Can you confirm that the email/phone number or customerID you used for your transfer was correct?
If not, please contact us through the app or live chat on the website so we can help you out.
If it is correct, ask your friend to log in and check their transaction history to see if they received and accepted your transfer. If they don't have a Jeton Wallet account yet, they'll need to open one using the email or phone number you send money to and claim it.
