For your deposit to be allocated correctly, please ensure that:
- You have accurately entered the reference number and other bank account details we provided for your transaction.
- You have checked if the payment you have made left your account.
Please note, the bank transfers can take up to 1 business day to be credited to your account, but we've got your back. You can follow the status of your deposit requests on the Transaction tab. Below is the list of what each status means for more details:
- Waiting: Your deposit request is in progress. Your money will be deposited to your account depending on the chosen deposit processing times.
- Approved: The deposit has been processed and credited to your Jeton wallet.
- Declined: An error occurred while processing your deposit. Please note that your payment cannot be submitted right now.
If your deposit is not reflected in your Jeton account after 1 business day, please 💬 contact us and we will investigate further. 🧐
