Do I need to verify my identity?

Verification is required to use Jeton Wallet. If you do not verify your information, we can't let you use your account. 

In order to comply with financial regulations, we have to know who you are and where you are. This is for everyone's safety. It protects us, and it protects you! 🔐

That's one of the reasons we are required to verify your identity before you can use all of the services we offer. We want to make sure that our customers can use our services without having to worry about their money ending up in the wrong hands. 

Don't worry, though—we're not going to ask you for anything super-intrusive. We just need a picture of an ID, like your passport or driver's license, and a selfie! In some cases, you may be asked to send us proof of your address.
