Verifying Your identity on Jeton Wallet website

👉 After your initial registration, you will be presented with a KYC notice, where you can start the verification process. 

👉 Press on "Start verification" to proceed with the process. 

👉 In case, there is no KYC notice, you can start the verification process through your dashboard.

How to Verify My Jeton Wallet Account?

👉 For the identity verification to be processed smoothly, please make sure you have a valid and clearly readable ID, and proof of address and we will also ask you to take a selfie. 

👉 When you're ready - press start verification. 🚀 

👉 Press Next after clicking the check box for your consent

👉 Choose your ID verification document type. 

Choosing ID Document to Scan

📌 The document is valid for at least one month from the upload date.
📌 The document isn’t scratched, stained, or torn.
📌 The user’s full name, date of birth, MRZ, and other important information is present and can be read.

📌 All corners of the document should be visible
📌 All the documents in the application must belong to the same person.

The ID document must contain:

📌 Owner’s full name;
📌 Owner’s full date of birth;
📌 Document number;
📌 Validity data (issue date or validity period);
📌 Owner’s photo;
📌 Owner’s signature (if applicable).

👉  You can continue on your mobile phone or continue via browser. 

👉  If you continue by mobile phone, you have to scan the QR code

👉  Take a photo of your ID document

Please take the photos of the both sides of your ID document. 

👉 Next, take a 180° live selfie for biometric approval by slowly turning your head around in a circle. The selfie will be matched with your ID document. 

👉  In some cases, if we weren't able to verify your identity the first time, you can upload your documents for us again. This time you will be asked to enter your Identity document expiry date.

👉  Next selfie will be required to take with you and your ID together.

Lastly, please choose one of the proofs of address documents to upload.

👉 Proof of Address issued in the last 3 months:

      📌  Utility bill (electricity, water, gas, landline phone bill) or bank statement, or address registration certificate issued by government authorities.
