If you're looking to close/delete your JETON account, we want to ensure you have a smooth process. You can close/delete your Jeton wallet by contacting our support team.
Before you close/delete your account
Check Your Balance: If you close your account, you won't have access to your available funds on Jeton Wallet, so please make sure your balance is 0.00 or close to that number.
Pending Transactions: Check if you have any pending transactions. If you have any - they need to be processed before you close/delete your account. You can check transaction history in the history section.
Jeton Card: If you have a Jeton Card*, you won’t be able to manage it after you close/delete your account.
*The Jeton Card is only available to residents of authorized European Economic Area (EEA) countries and the United Kingdom.

Delete Account via App:
- Open the app
- Go to "More" > "Settings" > "Delete Account" and follow the steps.
