You can change your registered personal information in your Jeton Wallet account by following these steps:
- Log in to your Jeton Wallet account
- Click on Settings tab> Personal details section
- Change the information you want to change on your 'Personal information' section and click the 'Update' button.
*Note: It is not possible to change the full name, mobile and address in your Jeton Wallet account. However we can help you to change the address and mobile on your account
We may need to verify your new address in order to make this change for you. As proof of address we would accept a paper-based document confirming your name and new address, issued in the past three months. For example, this could be a utility bill or bank statement in your name.
