All Bank transfer withdrawals must be made to your own bank account. We do not accept the withdrawals to third party's account. In order for your to withdraw money from your Jeton Wallet, you must identify your account information in the accounts and cards section.
If you have given a withdrawal request and have not received your payment within the specified time, you can contact our Live Support Helpline or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for transaction inquiries.
To process a withdraw via Bank Transfer, follow these steps:
- Ensure that your account KYC is verified and your card/account is identified to our system.
- After logging to your Jeton Wallet account, click on the Withdrawal tab
- Choose the transaction amount and currency you want to withdraw to complete the transaction
- If you provide the correct information, your transaction will be approved by the finance department within 12-24 hours.
