The withdrawal processing time depends on various factors and can sometimes take longer than expected. You can check the current status on your Transactions tab.
If you request a withdrawal and see a “pending” status in your transaction history, it means we’ve received your request, and we are currently working on it.
After you have made a withdrawal request from Jeton, the withdrawal will go through various statuses. Below is the list of what each status means for more details:
- Pending: We've received your withdrawal request, and we are currently performing internal checks. While your withdrawal is in this status, you can request a cancellation if needed.
- Waiting: We have completed our internal checks and sent your money to your chosen withdrawal method. Please allow some time for this process to complete. Once sent, the transaction can take up to 2 business days (depending on your chosen withdrawal method processing rules).
- Approved: We’ve received a confirmation from your chosen withdrawal method. The withdrawal is successful and complete.
- Declined: We are unable to complete your withdrawal request and the amount has been credited back to your Jeton account. Withdrawal may decline due to unexpected issues, please check the transaction details from your Jeton account and get in touch with us for further investigation.
- Cancelled: According to your request, we cancelled your withdrawal request, and the amount has been credited back to your Jeton Account.
*Please note, withdrawal cancellations can only be requested while the status is 'Pending.'
